prosperity. Meanwhile, the yellow/orange flower often symbolizes
energy and enthusiasm for life!

Alex is a Co-Founder at Alstro Ventures, where he is focused on market analysis, underwriting, and asset management.
Alex brings with him 20+ years of operations leadership experience, deriving from his extensive background in various leadership roles in fintech & financial institutions. He has led large operations across the nation and focused on strategic planning of the organization. He found his passion for real estate after his daughter was born and the need to find other income streams so he can build a legacy for his daughter and spend more time with his family. He learned about syndication through various mentors and is now invested in over 300 doors. He is paying it forward and dedicated to helping others begin their financial freedom journey.
Alex has a bachelor of science degree and is certified in six sigma black belt. He is married to Jenny, has one daughter, and resides in Southern California. He is a geek at heart and enjoys superheroes and animation. In his spare time, he enjoys snowboarding and traveling while experiencing cultures.

Karen is a Co-Founder of Alstro Ventures where she is focused on acquisitions, capital raising, and investor relations.
Karen has 23+ years leading teams within the financial industry focused on customer experience and enabling future growth.
Her real estate investment journey began in 2011 renting single-family homes. Though she was making cash flow month over month while her property appreciated, it was a ton of oversight and just wasn't as scalable as she wanted. She learned about syndication and is now invested in over 920+ doors and excited about the future no matter what the economic conditions may be!
Karen has a MBA from Xavier University, a BBA from University of Cincinnati and banking school certified with Pacific Coast Banking School. She is married to Brenden and enjoys spending time with her daughter Abigail and son Chase. Karen loves to run and stay active so she can pour her energy into supporting family and friends on their path to financial freedom too!
Jenny is a Managing Partner at Vertical Street Ventures, which was established to help individuals achieve their financial goals through passive investing in real estate. As one of the Founders, she currently oversees Asset Management and Investor Relations. She focuses on Business Strategy and execution of the business plan as well as managing relationships and communications with investors.
Jenny has acquired a portfolio of over 1400+ units across AZ, TX, and GA. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Business Management and received her MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Steven is a Managing Partner at Vertical Street Ventures, where he is responsible for acquisitions, sourcing capital, and building
key strategic partnerships. As the founder of Vertical Street Ventures, he focuses his
time on revenue-generating activities
for the firm through Multifamily real
estate acquisitions.
He has grown his Multifamily portfolio to over 2,500+ units across 4 states (AZ, CA, FL, TX) and has a keen focus on acquisitions and building key partner relationships across the market. In his spare time, he enjoys the
“need for speed” as he shifts gears around
a race track.
Since 2005, Brad has personally helped his students purchase over 3.5 billion dollars in apartment complexes, involving thousands of investors who have taken his training.
Brad’s first investment ever was in 2002. He started with a 32-unit apartment complex and by 2005 he retired from his six-figure income job. Over the years, Brad has owned over 7500 units in 11 US Markets.
He and his wife Jen earn 7-figures annually from their investments and have in turn significantly reduced their taxes. Their mission is to help as many people as possible achieve financial freedom by investing in apartments
